Please allow 1-2 weeks, though we prioritize getting them to you as quickly as creation and life (aka, our busy children) will allow. Please know that minor imperfections are possible, and we try our best to ensure they are as perfect as possible!

Please know all sales are final. However, if there are any concerns with your product after arrival, please email us and we will do our best to support. 

Disclaimer: Our 3D creations are made of thermoplastic filament, a durable material that can withstand high temperatures. While the possibility of bending, breaking, or melting exists, it's unlikely, as we've had no issues in the AZ desert thus far.
